RETURN TO UTTLESFORD

Just over a year ago, the D3A Energy team made their way to the picturesque district of Uttlesford in Essex, where we carried out surveys on a number of council-owned buildings ahead of developing bespoke Heat Decarbonisation Plans.

Fast forward to today, and we're pleased to be back - this time to deliver the detailed design work and manage the installation of heat pumps and building fabric upgrades at the Council’s London Road offices, thanks to a successful PSDS funding bid.

The building itself is a Grade II listed property set within a conservation area, which is where our D3A Architects come in. Their specialist expertise will help ensure our low-carbon solutions are not only effective, but also sympathetic to the historic character of the site.
