OUSEBURN CONSULTATION EVENT

Following on from last year’s feasibility study, D3A is delighted to continue supporting Ouseburn Trust with the next stage of their decarbonisation journey.

We’ve been appointed to progress the detailed design, submit a planning application, and secure firm costs for proposed improvements across several of their properties, including:

• Retail units on Lime Street

• Stepney Bank Stables

• Steenberg Flats

The scheme focuses on reducing carbon emissions while enhancing usability for tenants and visitors. As part of the proposals, EV and e-bike charging infrastructure will be introduced located on the gravel area adjacent to the gable end of Steenberg Flats - providing easy access for business owners, staff, and residents.

Today, we’re pleased to be attending a Community & Stakeholder Engagement Event, where Geoff and Simon from the D3A team will be joined by Kooltech.
