PADEL AFTERNOON

Sunshine, early finishes, and a bit of friendly competition.

On Friday, five of the team took advantage of an early finish and headed over to Hexham Padel courts - and what a day for it. An unusually sunny April afternoon made it feel more like mid-summer than spring.

The standard of play? Let’s just say… varied. From first-timers figuring it out as they went along, to those who’ve previously played for their university team, there was a full spectrum on display.

But that’s exactly what made it such a great afternoon with plenty of laughs, a bit of healthy competition, and a chance to switch off and enjoy some time together outside the office.
