D3A SUMMER SOCIAL

Friday marked a big date in the D3A calendar – the 2025 Summer Social.

After a brilliant time at Golf Fang in 2023, there was unfinished business and a podium to defend - so we returned, ready to settle the score. Could Simon B hold onto his crown?

Not this time - 2025 brought a new champion: our very own Stuart, with Paul and Andrew hot on his heels.

Beyond the competition, our Summer Socials are all about connection - a chance to catch up in person with our remote team. Stuart (the Champ) made the trip from Newark, and we were excited to welcome our newest recruit, Ian, who made the long haul dash all the way from Gloucester.

To add to the mix, Newcastle didn’t disappoint - the forecasted showers turned to sunshine just in time for our afternoon at the Two by Two Brewery, where we dined al fresco on Leo’s Pizza.

Great company, great weather, and a new champion crowned. Until next year… who’s coming for the title?
