Our combined team of Architects and Engineers designed these community centres with people in mind. We made them aesthetically pleasing, accessible and dementia-friendly while also ensuring the buildings were constructed using sustainable materials and techniques. Shotton Youth Centre was awarded an A+ EPC rating which meant it was carbon negative - effectively removing carbon dioxide from the environment rather than adding to it.
