d3associates decarbonisation plans are bespoke and drafted to meet your particular requirements. They propose a series of measures to be adopted to reduce your carbon footprint and can be building, site or company specific. Through a building survey and energy audit, the plan will establish the current baseline position. A route map will be developed to replace reliance on fossil fuelled systems with low carbon alternatives, as well as considering ways to generate local heat and power.

Every school needs the space for pupils to learn and teachers to be effective. This is where net capacity needs to be measured to highlight potential issues and provide solutions. To effectively complete your school’s Net Capacity Study we will work closely with you to understand how each space and classroom is used. Analysis of the existing room sizes and their present use against current pupil numbers, their needs and timetable will also be considered. The final report will identify any ambiguities and provide recommendations to increase capacity and form the basis of any expansion plans that might be required.
