Our experienced team of architects, engineers and project managers will help you to define the potential scope of works, provide initial designs and outline costs, and support you through the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) application process.
Whether you are looking to address the condition of your buildings or expand your facilities our in-house team have a wealth of experience in school building design and maintenance to help you.
It is anticipated that there will be a significant demand for the funds available, and the majority of funds allocated through the application rounds will be to meet the Condition priority and a lesser amount to meet the Expansion priority. Applicants will be able to submit up to 2 projects per academy or college, only one of which may be an expansion project.
By taking advantage of our professional design services, we can work together to develop a compelling application, which effectively address the 4 weighted assessment criteria, thereby improving the schools change of securing funding.
In Round 1 of the 2014 Academies Capital Maintenance Fund, d3associates were successful with bids for four separate projects at Haltwhistle Community Campus with a total project value exceeding £400K. Only four other Academies in Northumberland made successful bids.
