Knowing how much we appreciate a promptly paid bill, d3a have taken the step of signing up to the Government's Prompt Payment Code and has a 30 day payment procedure in place.

The main ethos of the scheme is fairness and communication - paying suppliers on time, within agreed terms. It's also monitored and enforced by the Prompt Payment Code Compliance Board - so it's not just hot air.
