Today at d3a it's all about training and investing in our team.

Andrew, our Graduate Engineer is on Day 1 of a 3-day Civil 3D Essentials course. Meanwhile the Architecture team have enjoyed a lunchtime CPD session presented by Bushboard. And last (but not least), Michael our Associate Director has spent the morning at the Scale-up Leaders Academy honing his leadership and management skills.

Investing in our staff is the way forward. Ensuring they fulfil their potential and grow with the company is vital.
